Tonight's fabulous queer art feature is @bemkid
BEMKID formed in 2016 through a shared love of standout guitar hooks, punchy synths and catchy melodies. They have been working on their debut EP over recent months, with a full album release in the pipeline.
Their debut EP “MMXIII” lyrically covers the highs and lows of their time together in Barcelona, via Bristol, UK and Medellin, Colombia. The overall result is an upbeat call for all to tap their feet, clap their hands and sing their hearts out.
BEMKID are a group with all six feet firmly in the present, a band for now! They will be stomping to the immediate future with a lingering back heel in the past, nodding to their eclectic mix of heroes, which helps form the basis for their unique sound.
