'WTGTDWM? - Eraste (FEAT. CLOVER THE GIRL)'

Eraste is back with the incredible new single 'WTGTDWM?' featuring Clover The Girl

"I am incredibly inspired by early 2010’s pop music- the year 2012 especially. Many hits during that time defined the trajectory of popular music for the rest of the decade; with women like Katy Perry, Cher Lloyd, Charlie XCX, and Carly Ray Jepsen pioneering the charts with refreshing melodies and tongue-in-cheek lyrics. When creating ‘wtgtdwm?’ with Clover The Girl, we both connected with the idea of confidence in embracing who we are, despite the negative opinions from our small-minded hometowns. We had a blast creating an empowering anthem to mirror the influential women in pop that came before us.” - Eraste

'wtgtdwm? (feat. Clover the Girl)' is the lead single from Eraste's debut EP- "Crashing Every Party" which is set to release early March 2021.

Artist Bio:

Hailing from the Texas Panhandle, Eraste (‘air-ess) pulled from years of feeling outcast to find herself as a prime example of the modern generation’s deep desire to feel known. Born Ariha Vaquera, on June 13th, 2000 in Spearman, Texas, Eraste was brought up in music all her life. Raised in the church, she quickly discovered a talent for leading worship and often led many in praise and worship weekly. After graduation, she attended Texas Christian University where her musical pursuits quickly turned from a weekend worship service to a fire to pursue a professional career.

With a desire to create, Eraste spent the first half of 2020 honing in on her sound. During this time, she met Brianna Conrado and Landon Jett of Clover The Girl who collaborated with her to help produce her debut EP, Crashing Every Party. “This is the perfect chance to take the next step,” she says. “Writing Crashing Every Party has been an emotional evolution as it’s forced me to process so much trauma and past hurt, which is something I know so many people in my generation can connect with."
